The building is adjusted to the plot in a way that the largest possible landscaped open space is obtained. The dwellings in it are organized in two asymmetrical longitudinal “bands” connected by a central corridor which provides an access to them.
The pieces of the building are divided in plan, with openings on the facade that vary depending on the types of dwellings and plans, as well as in section, reducing its height so the access corridor could be illuminated and ventilated.
