House at Pradolargo residential area, on the Pozuelo de Alarcón municipality, is a 7018,2m2 plot covered by a pines and holm oaks woods and a smooth slope to the West.

The house will be inhabited by a married couple and their three sons and must have with large living areas, bedrooms, guests bedroom, service area including two bedrooms, and a five cars garage.

Under this program the house developes on a single floor plan in a close contact with the holm oaks and pines garden through great windows and spacious porches. The large program divides itself into three areas: services, day area and night area, and each of them is assigned with a cubic independent volume, connected each other by glazed corridors.

To preserve the trees of the plot becomes a fundamental premise developing the project. The program extends on a single floor because on one side the property preferences and on the oher side the architects do not find neither volume or posible views reasons that advise against it. This makes the house come to occupy the maximun suface permitted by the regulations and so the necessity of separate the building into three volumes to preserve the magnificient existing trees.
