A conversion of a golf course of 29 hectares into a combination of 12 plots of 0.8 hectares each and a large common green area for the owners of the plots has been proposed. The green area includes large wooded areas and recreational areas connected by pedestrian paths.
On each plot there would be a two-story house with large porches and windows, resembling a Comisionado de Bermuda house, which is one of the oldest buildings on the island, located on the terrain of the fortress of the old naval shipyard.
