Memory
Staggered houses which follow the slope of the terrain. Large terraces extending the house outdoors, to the sun, the horizon and the sea. The house has the maximum outdoor area, corresponding to its privileged position among sun- shine, views, nature and tranquillity.
The houses are integrated into the landscape, merging with it. Facades are planters, overflowing with vegetation, with textures and colours rising from the sand and soil on which these dwellings stand. The houses have double east-west orientation, enjoying sunrises and sunsets, as well as cross ventilation.
Flexible dwellings. Its inhabitants can choose the orientation and views from their living rooms and bedrooms. There is no house without views, space or outdoors. Everything is taken from and brought back to the environment: materials, vege- tation, sun, views… so that the construction is founded and integrated into the landscape.
