The proposal consists of a set of zones characterized by different land uses and different morphological features. Because of this, the whole proposed plan has been developed integrally.

The marina has been designed as a recovered extension of Cala’s Busquets, assuming a natural character of the harbor, with residential buildings connected to it.

There are few different systems of green areas. The main one is the linear one, aligned with the road. The local one integrated the park with sports equipment and an auxiliary commercial area. A golf club and a hotel that are connected with those complete this urban plan.
