An office building unambiguous and categorical in its formal conceptualization.

Flexible in its functionality, organization and distribution.

Natural and logic in its placement, both on plan and especially on section, in order to take advantage of the difference in elevation from one extreme to the other of the plot on the side facing Quintanapalla street. This allows for the optimization of the built surfaces and possible accesses to the different floors of the buildings.

Study of the building’s skin with materials that allow for the control and channeling of the different lighting and climatic conditions which surround the building along its different orientations.

The final concept is logical and coherent with the building’s characteristics. It reflects the functional and representative characteristics of a building that tries to be generous with its surroundings.

The design of the building has answered to the needs and general characteristics proposed by the developer, in addition to the study of the applicable urban planning and in depth study of the buildings surroundings, topography and the orientation of the plot.
