Due to the unbelievable location of the hotel, on the very promenade, next to the Can Pere Antoni beach and the Sea, the circulations, lobbies and rest rooms are set as boulevards and promenades at different heights, as an imitation of the promenade running along the front of the city to the sea.

All the rooms of the hotel have views of the sea and large heated terraces that allow the expansion of the room’s area to as twice as much. On the top floor one wing has five suites, small apartments with terraces that have a view of the garden, along with the sea in the background.

The Congress Palace and the Hotel, due to their situation, must have a permanent relationship with the Sea and establish a dialogue with its presence. The Sea must bee seen and felt very intensively and closely from it. Also, the palace and the hotel must bee seen from the Sea as a permanent landmark of the city.
