The design of the homes follows a typology of dwellings structured according to their different functions-day and night spaces-each located on a different floor.
Day rooms can be found at the garden level, while the bedrooms are located on the first floor and attic. The basement houses auxiliary services and a spacious parking.
The constructions are cubic shaped with flat roofs and the attic set back to minimize the height of the building on the garden front. Thus, the relationship between house and garden is enhanced.
The constructive and economic criteria are based on the simplicity and logic of a traditional structure with a concrete base, metal pillar framework and vaults in ceramic or concrete.
