With a view to minimizing as much as possible the apparent height of the building, the upper level of the construction is set back significantly, thus dividing it into upper and lower levels with two-floor attached homes on each of the levels. The houses on the lower level have large porches opening on to the marina, while the houses on the upper level have a terrace on the lower floor with impressive views of the marina.
The exterior walls of the lower level are treated with a stone revoco, in a colour similar to that of the concrete boundary of the pier, giving the appearance of a large plinth.
The upper level, which is also on two floors, is set back six meters from the vertical line of the base, forming a large terrace along the perimeter. The finish of the exterior walls is in white revoco.
The basement houses the garage, which, being at the level of the pier, enjoys optimal natural ventilation.
