Pologardens

Homes situated on a hillside facing the midday sun with views overlooking the polo grounds and sea in Sotogrande, Cadiz.

The topography of the land works so that all the houses enjoy good views of the gardens and polo grounds, as well as optimal sunlight.

The houses are varied in design. Most of the houses have their own garden and pool. They range in size from 300 to 700m2, some on one level and others multi-level.

All the exterior walkways from the street and gardens to the buildings are at ground level, while the entrance for vehicles is through the basement from which there are elevators to access the rest of the floors in each building. The purpose is to hide the cars from view within the development so that the inhabitants and gardens are the protagonists.
